The Andrea Palladio style is a Renaissance architectural style that emerged in the 16th century in Italy. It is known for its harmony, symmetry, and classical order. Palladio's work, especially his Four Books of Architecture published in 1570, made this style famous as it greatly influenced European architecture for centuries. His designs incorporated elements from ancient Greek and Roman architecture, emphasizing proportion, balance, and simplicity.
