Origins

Chinese ink painting, also known as brush painting, is a traditional art form that dates back to ancient China. It is characterized by the use of black ink and water on rice paper, depicting landscapes, birds, flowers, and other subjects. This style became famous in the Song Dynasty (960–1279) and has since been practiced by many renowned artists.
