Tom Geismar

Origins

Tom Geismar is a graphic designer known for his pioneering work in corporate identity design. He co-founded the design firm Chermayeff & Geismar in 1957 and has since created some of the most recognizable logos, including Chase Bank, National Geographic, and PBS. Geismar's style is characterized by clean and simple designs that effectively communicate the essence of a brand.
