Origins

Peanuts is a comic strip style created by Charles M. Schulz, which gained popularity from the 1950s until Schulz's death in 2000. The style is characterized by simple, minimalist drawings of the characters with round heads and dot eyes. Schulz's wit and relatable characters made Peanuts famous and it became one of the most influential comic strips of all time.
